Food court and kopitiam

One QR for multiple stalls.

A guest orders drinks and noodles from the same table. Each stall receives only its own items. The operator can see the whole site.

How an order moves

  1. 1

    One table QR

Every table uses the same kind of code. Guests do not pick a different app per stall.

  2. 2

    One cart

Drinks, noodles and snacks can sit in the same order.

  3. 3

    Routed items

Each stall sees the lines it has to prepare.

  4. 4

    Two views

The operator sees the site. A stall owner sees their own orders and sales.

Settlement

Operators always ask how money is split. BeReach can take the guest payment inside the order. How that money is settled to each stall is agreed during setup, before you tell tenants a model.

Food Court Pack is RM49 per stall each month, with a minimum of 8 stalls. Chain plans for separate outlets start from RM149 per outlet each month. Both are arranged with sales.

Questions

What if a stall wants to stay on cash?

Guests can still pay at the counter. Talk through the mix of QR and cash on the site visit so peak hour still works.

What if a stall does not want to join?

The operator decides the rollout. We can start with the stalls that are ready and add the others later.
