- Prices are in Malaysian ringgit.
- A failed subscription payment does not switch off the POS. After the grace period the account keeps its data and continues on the free Starter plan.
- SST is not added here. Confirm OOOMAX SST registration before invoices are issued.
Pricing questions
Is there a contract?
Starter has no term. Monthly and yearly prices are shown before you start a trial. Chain and Food Court Pack terms are agreed with sales.
What if a payment fails?
The POS stays on. After a 7-day grace period the account moves to the free Starter plan and keeps its order history.
Do prices include SST?
Prices are shown in ringgit without SST. Tax is added only if OOOMAX is SST-registered, and it will be printed on the invoice.
Can I switch from another POS?
Book a demo and we will look at your menu. A migration promise is made only after we see the export you have.
