Draft for review

Privacy notice

This notice is a draft for OOOMAX Solution, the company behind BeReach, in Kuching, Sarawak. It is not a substitute for advice from your own counsel. The SSM number and street address will be added when they are confirmed for publication.

When you create an account or book a demo we collect the business name, your name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, business type, city, state, outlet count and the plan you chose. The password is stored only as a hash. We do not ask for card numbers on this website.

We use these details to create the merchant account, send the verification email, and let the Kuching team follow up. A separate checkbox records optional marketing messages. You can open an account without ticking it.

Demo requests and new accounts are stored so sales can reply. Verification links expire after 24 hours. Payment-provider secrets are not kept in this repository.

To ask for a copy or a correction, email [email protected] or WhatsApp +60 16 599 3800.
