Subscription terms

Starter is free and can be kept. Growth is RM89 per month or RM890 per year. Pro is RM179 per month or RM1,790 per year. Chain starts from RM149 per outlet per month and is arranged with sales. Food Court Pack is RM49 per stall per month, with a minimum of 8 stalls, and is arranged with sales. Prices are edited in the plan config and shown before you submit the form.

Growth and Pro include a 14-day trial. No card is required to start it. At the end of the trial, the account continues on Starter unless a payment method is added.

When Razorpay Curlec billing is connected, monthly plans are intended to renew by card or FPX Direct Debit, and yearly plans by a one-off payment. That connection is not live yet. No subscription charge is created from this website today.

A failed payment is retried and then, after a grace period of 7 days, the account is downgraded to Starter. Ordering is not switched off because a payment failed. Data stays available. Downgrade of a paid period takes effect at the end of that period once billing exists. These rules are represented in the subscription record so the POS can enforce features later without locking a shop out.

Prices on this page do not add SST. If OOOMAX is or becomes SST-registered, invoices will say so before you are charged. Refund rules for yearly plans will be published with the first live invoice.
